I will schedule showings, hold an open house, and negotiate with buyer's agents to get you the highest and best price so you can move forward.

I will determine the listing price range of your home based on market trends, the size, location, features, upgrades, and current condition of your property. We will settle on the final listing amount and terms based on your needs, pricing, and marketing strategies.

I will give you tips on how to prepare your home, hire a photographer so it looks its best, and market it digitally across multiple platforms,  with printed materials, and on the multiple listing service to increase exposure to buyers and their agents. I will schedule showings and hold open houses to get them in the door.

As your agent I will work to get you what you need out of the sale. With your best interest in mind, I will cooperate with the buyer's agent while negotiating price, terms, and timelines.
